“I bought this necklace to maintain my calm during the day. I am prone to occasional panic attacks and anxiety. I do also do regular meditation, but I have always had some trouble maintaining my mindset of peace during the day with the million stressors of the world upon me at once. I love the Shift! It absolutely helps me to keep my calm even when I am getting full of anxiety and even anger. It also works great at night. I use it all day at different times when I feel I need it.
