“I too struggle with anxiety and this necklace definitely helps. Deep breathing is how I mostly deal with anxiety but the Shift enhances the experience. It works by controlling your breath so that you can exhale more slowly, which gives you that meditative state of calm. You can do this without a Shift, but your exhale length would be less consistent without having something to hold your lips in place. Highly recommended”
