“I was in tears when it came in the mail and the beautiful packaging started calming me but as soon as I used the shift I was able to quickly calm my entire body with ease and little thought and completely stopped crying or feeling like I had to. Ive always had trouble remembering to use breathing exercises and picking which one and mentally counting and this makes it so much easier to take control of my breathing even when my thoughts are in complete disarray. There are times now that my hands are full but I'm able to use the muscle memory of the breathing I've learned with the shift with more ease than other exercises- though the shift is still much more powerful in helping me slow my breath. I was hesitant to spend so much but with the quality of the product and how often I use it and how amazingly effective it is I wish I had gotten it sooner!!
