Not only is this a pretty piece of jewellery, but it also works way better than I thought it would! Although I was a bit skeptical at first, it only took one use before I was convinced! Such an awesome option for balancing my system and calming me down when needed...works instantly and the best part is it is a safe, drug-free option for anxiety symptoms

I love my shift necklace. To be honest when I first saw it I thought well now that’s silly, but when I saw the ad again it appealed to me more and more. As a respiratory therapist I know a longer exhalation can send that message to the brain that can in turn calm nerves. I saw someone comment a straw can do the same thing....well not exactly. It doesn’t have the exact resistance this does to slow your exhalation. Also this has the added bonus of being a very pretty piece of jewelry! Much more fun than wearing a straw would be :)

Other than people asking If I’m wearing a dog whistle on the daily, I love my komuso. I also love to tell people how you guys came up with it. As someone who figured out how to calm his anxieties years ago, i see this as an invaluable tool that works everytime! Thank you!

I have a horrible fear of flying, and while this wasn't a complete cure, it did help me tremendously on an international flight last month.

I love my necklace so much. I gave my first one to a friend who was anxious and bought another one. We both love them. I always knew about breathing techniques because I've suffered with anxiety for years, but having something physical and tangible to hold, is extremely helpful. I use the techniques all the time now.
