“Love my Shift, because it helps me manage all of the stress in my life. I call it drive-through meditation. Often times we don't have the discipline or make the time to meditate. Some times the stress is too great to even meditate effectively. The shift facilities the proper length of breath where the stress hormone deactivates? They've done the science part, and I just breathe and count. The counting portion 8-10 sec per breath really helps me focus on the present moment as opposed to when I don't count.
