“I had never tasted beef jerky before and expected it to be very dry and chewy but in fact I found it quite moist and not at all difficult to chew. We just got the classic sea salt variety and found it surprisingly delicious and flavoursome - not like eating freshly cooked beef but definitely a beef eating experience. Thank you for putting all that time and effort into creating an excellent snack and hiking and emergency food for those of us who haven’t been guilted away from eating beef.”
