“My only challenge with the product is that it’s pretty difficult to get out of the bottle. I think another way of dispensing this product would be beneficial.”
“I really wanted to like this sunscreen. The dropper makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use. It barely pulls up any product, sputters out air, and you have to flip bottle upside down and fight with it to just get a few drops out. For something meant to be used daily, this is unbelievably frustrating. I reached out to customer service, and that was somehow even worse. Instead of acknowledging a clearly defective design, they told me I needed to send them a video of the dropper not working! Please stand behind your product!
