I'm surprised that some reviews considered it "light" because it feels quite heavy compared to the serum I've been using during the winter from Ursa Major, but once it's on, I don't notice it anymore - especially once I apply some powder on top to get rid of the greasy finish. Confirming that I notice no white cast!
