“I was looking so forward to using this oil for my tired eyes . Picked up one from David Jones - while visiting my family and was disappointed with the Rose Quartz Roller ball . It doesn't roll nor does it release the oil without pressing firmly . Shouldn't the roller simply glide and apply the oil with minimal pressure required .
It seems like the roller is either too big or not well fitted . I am beginning lose my confidence in the Kora organic products. Pricing isn't cheap either for the troubles .:-(”

I've been a long time Kora fan and recently provided feedback that the roller ball from my latest eye oil purchase is faulty. Your team followed up within 48 hours and offered to provide a replacement.
