“Excellent customer service. This noni eye oil hydrates my eyes really well and I've seen effective results over the past year. I've been a long time Kora fan and recently provided feedback that the roller ball from my latest eye oil purchase is faulty. Your team followed up within 48 hours and offered to provide a replacement. For some reason the roller ball was working better after a few days of trying (I had to use a bit of force and test it out on my hand each time). I responded that I may not need a replacement anymore and to my surprise, I already received your package at my door step when I got home from work today. Very high efficiency and it all happened within a span of 5 days. Thank you so much! I'm a very happy and grateful customer.”
“I am on my second bottle of this amazing product. Been using it for over a year and let's just say I can't see myself stopping any time soon! This gorgeous product is so hydrating and sits beautifully on the skin. I am 32 years old and ageing + hydration is a concern of mine. I have had fillers put in under my eyes years ago because they were slightly hollow. I can honestly say that this product has worked so well for me that I no longer feel like I need to get fillers. “I purchased this from reading the reviews but extremely disappointed as the ball doesn't roll and continues to get stuck and then I have to roll very firmly on the back of my hand to get anything out and even then that hardly works so i have just given up! I can't even use this product as I refuse to aggressively rub my eye area to try and get anything out!

“I love the rose quartz roller ball in this product. It feels so cooling and soothing on the eyes which I'm sure helps a little with puffiness.
The oil absorbs quite well and has some great ingredients. Unfortunately this one didn't really do a lot for me personally after 6 months of use so I'll keep looking for my perfect eye product!”
