When it came and I seen it was quite a large size I was pleasantly surprised
I use my own tiny gold teaspoon and I have 2 scoops in the morning with warm water and 2 scoops in the afternoon with warm water for that extra pick me up
It doesn’t mix well with cold water so warm water is better
Love the taste and this supplement definitely makes a difference to my health
