“I love the product, but sadly the 1 star review is due to the pump and making the contents unusable. I was not even 1/4 into the bottle and the pump siezed up. Kora organics kindly sent me a new pump and a replacement bottle. Now both of those pumps have also stopped working, and I'm not even half way down the first bottle. Would gladly buy again if I was guaranteed the pump would work for the entire bottle.”

“Love this product so much. Literally feel the hydration in the skin as it goes on. The perfect spritz post shower and/or a cleanse, before other skin care. A permanent part of my skin care routine and big contributor to my now clean and glowing skin (once severely acne prone).”
“Addicted to the palo santo minty scent but on buying multiple bottles now over a year - thinking one will eventually work - I can never get past only being able to use half the product before the nozzle seizes up. Can you please make this product in a different bottle? The Kora Rose mist always works fine. Maybe produce a travel size glass bottle or second option in the Rose Mist bottle instead so we can get the full use. A shame because this scent is gorgeous and I’d use it every day. Thanks.”
“The scent is very nice, it does hydrate the skin well, the spray is subtle but spread widely, and the bottle looks beautiful with nice touch of aqua-marine inside. Everything was perfect until about 5 days of use. The nozzles started to not function properly that I was having hard time spraying out the mist and eventually, it broke. I had to purchase a spray bottle separately that doesn't give that nice "subtle and wide" mist (hard to find such pray bottle indeed) and ended up irritating my skin a bit, likely due to the mist was too strong and concentrated that probably the essential oils in this product became harsh on the skin. The experience which the scent of this product gives was amazing, like the combination of the former 3 mist toners; uplifting like the lemongrass, elegant like the rose and calming like the lavender. Unfortunately the bottle is a huge letdown and disappointment for me after all, because user experience through the vehicle (=bottle in this case) is also crucial to me. Looks like many others had this same issue, based on the comment field here. It seems to be a very noticeable flaw but somehow it was launched. I'm skeptical if KORA team did a proper testing etc before launching this product. I feel like this product launch was rather rushed. Unfortunately, the first ever product I'm not giving 5 stars. Not going to repurchase unless the nozzle issue is fixed.”
