“It's a nice way to learn something new from scratch! For me, I wanted to improve at the stuff I am already quite good at, this proved to be more difficult. The angle we take is starting small, but for me this was too small. Then I tried adding stuff to make my habit a bit more challenging, but this was too much.
I couldn't find the sweetspot, so this might be something to keep in mind. But, in general, for making actions onto habits from scratch, it will work very well!”
“Very good. Helps me on some days to brighten my mood. I am currently stuck a little on Level 2. those questions are very hard compared to level 1. Thinking of things "I usually don't think about" needs a lot of time to get to think outside and I need a certain calm environment that is not always given.
I would appreciate a German translation. It would really help the connection between me and the book reading the topic in my mother's language.”
