Whilst we appreciate all of our customers' valuable feedback, I must respectfully share that as the supervisor of Customer Service at LBLA, it is disappointing that you feel the need to state something so discourteous as my associate Jazmine "clearly has serious issues." As I treat all our customer concerns with the utmost importance, I personally took the time to fully review your inquiry and immediately investigated your claim of our lashes being "defective." I had one of our highly-skilled in-house lash specialists test every single box of lashes that you returned to us, and she deemed them in perfect working condition. We provided videos and photos to you directly, demonstrating this.
I also want to reiterate that your return request did not fit within our Policy guidelines. We are able to provide refunds for products returned to us that are un-used and in the allowed time frame; yours were well-used, with over half of some boxes missing and past the return window. However, because we always strive for customer satisfaction, Jazmine made an exception to our policy and still sent you a partial store cash credit.
I understand your frustration with retention issues, and our team is always happy to troubleshoot with you.
