“I followed the video which I dont think emphasised the importance of making a pass without chemicals over the lawn to work out the amount of water you need suggesting one could use the drive which proved an inadequate distance and method to be scaled up accurately. I assumed the video covered all of the necessary information not realising that this was explained much better in the accompanying product leaflet until it was too late.”
