Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Beautiful Wellington boots. Good looking, excellent quality and fantastic soles. Feel you could walk anywhere in them. Unfortunately, I am 4ft 10 ins and they were too high up behind my knee. I felt this would irritate me when walking. There are shorter ones available but I specifically wanted the neoprene lining.”

“They're great quality boots and the foot fitting was wide and comfortable, however, the calf was too tight for me so they had to go back. Please make a wider fit boot!!”

“Excellent quality. I usually take size 6.5. I recommend that you take a size up as they are very snug. The marron colour is lovely and a nice change from the ubiquitous green. Delivery was also very prompt.”
