Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Disappointed to find that despite ordering one size above shoe size, struggled to get through shaped calf of boot. Had hoped that given price, I was investing in the Rolls Royce of wellies. Have returned for refund.”

“Fabulous boots. Arch support. Good tread. Lovely colour. True to size. Keeps feet very toasty whilst walking in the frost, a huge and worthwhile upgrade from my old Hunter wellies. Would like the neoprene to be a more discrete colour than blue but you don’t really see it when you’re wearing them. Really easy to slide on. I use a boot jack to get them back off as they fit nice and snugly. Was a little skeptical of spending so much money on wellies but they really are worth it, no regrets.”

“After having my hunter wellies for four years i decided to change and get a different brand the La Chameau wellies where recommended by serval of my friends so I decided to try them , and I'm not disappointed, they look stylish, so comfy and keep my feet warm , just hope they last as long as my hunters .”
