Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“This is my second pair of Chasseur Leather Lined boots. I got my first pair 37 years ago and still kick around in them. They are the only waterproof boot I have found that has such a comfortable foot bed and the only ones that don?t pull your socks down to your toes. I can walk all day in the field with these and be comfy and dry at the end of a long journey. Or I can just get some yard work done. Every time I put them on I am so glad I have them.”

“Buying direct meant I could choose my calf size, important for me as I have a narrow calf. Delighted with my boots. Very elegant, whilst the most practical. Really very happy and I know from my husband's that they'll last for years.”
