Have waited A LONG, LONG time for the slim calf on the Chasseur Neoprene to become available in my size and now that I have them, it’s definitely been worth the wait. I have had Le Cham’s before so knew they had to replace the ones my teenage son had stolen from me but due to Covid etc, the sizes just weren’t available for the best part of 18 months. Best wellies ever! Do not hesitate to buy. Thank you!

Super comfortable. Easy to put on and take off. Not worried about slipping in them. A pleasure to wear. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to buy a pair.

These boots are hopefully going to be very good. Bought them for my wife... 2 quick points: Firstly, they are quite thin in the foot. So if you have wide feet, it may be a problem and not sure yet whether they're going to break in as she has got a blister but will persevere... Have gone true to size for her and they should work out. By contrast, I bought a pair one size down, which I've had no problems with at all. First day launched straight out of the box into a 10k cross country walk and very comfortable throughout. Do not expect that you're going to wear them with thick socks because they're far warmer than any other wellies I've worn so you can wear them with your normal socks. This means that IMO, if you're in doubt - or sometimes between sizes, you should go a size down - my wife went true to size as she's the same size with every shoe and is persevering - Hopefully with decent socks (ie ones that don't fall down) she should be ok. Overall, hoping that hers will be as comfortable as mine, which are a game-changer for wellingtons. Seemingly capable of very long walks, through mud / up rocks etc and always very comfortable... Feels like they'll last for years. Hope hers do too.

I've only had these a week and so I am still adjusting to wearing them - this is why I only gave 4 stars. I am a size 6 and I ordered size 39, they fit snuggly and one of my heels has been rubbing on the inside of the boot. I found that all the socks I own are either too thick to fit into the boots or they ride down my foot and leave my ankles bare - then the boots rub my ankles. I've got a big blister! So, I've just ordered some thin long knee socks that arrived yesterday. Now I have these, along with a plaster I find the wellies really comfy. Once my heel heals then I think they will be perfect. I can tell they are great quality and I love the feel of the rubber. I know they will be wonderful and I hope they will last several years.
