Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“I ordered another design of yours and asked for advise on which would be the best design for me as I have 52cm calves. I sent the first ones back as they did not zip half way up. I ordered the adjustable calve size ones and were your largest ones I believe (not sure as no response from you despite your promise of one within 24 hours) these just fit but the adjustable strap is stretched to the limit and I can?t fasten so will have to leave open. The ones I sent back were refunded promptly and there is no doubt about the quality of these items. I am just shocked of the lack of customer service when people are asking for help and advice when wanting to invest a considerable Amount of money in your wellies.”

“Great, quick shipping. Received boots in 3 days. Fit was perfect and only had a couple marks from factory storage. Beauty and function. Only had to return one pair due to being slightly too big.”
