Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Sadly we're quite disappointed with our order. It seems we've been sent an ex-demo pair or previous return. The boots have dirty marks and glue patches all over, dents inside the neoprene from hooks or hanging up. Completely out of shape on the top. We have other Le Chameau boots (that we all love) and know that they should not come like this. Normally perfectly shaped and 'round'. Immediately sent an email to mail address on receipt. Received an answer which only said we needed to email different department. Did so but then received another email saying to email yet another address in the U.K. Then sent an email there on Wednesday. Auto-reply "we respond to your email as quick as possible". It's Saturday now. We live abroad part of the year and leave today with no other choice than to take these boots. Not good. Very disappointed.”
