“Happiness is a comfy welly! Am 5'6" female with spinal & foot problems (hammer toes & corns), feet that have spread to UK size 8 with age, slim calves, so was bit nervous about buying mens' version of boot. Needn't have worried, they're a perfect fit as calf adjustable & foot size true - and so blissfully comfortable when I put them on for first time that they could have been made to measure. The insole moulding & foot cushioning is amazing, feels like a kind of memory foam effect for each individual foot, bliss in removing the pain & jarring when walking over rough & uneven ground (including rough fields, woodland paths with slippery tree roots, tarmac road, broken paving & tracks of various sizes of stone). Two dog walks of 2 miles each yesterday & today (including snow & slush today), plus gardening totalling about 4 hours, and I didn't want to take these wellies off when getting back inside, as they're actually more comfortable than my regular shoes or slippers! In summer I work outside in wellies for up to 10 hours daily, so they're a really important item of wear for me. The rubber is soft & fairly light but the boot stands up on its own. Colour is a pale moss green. They're tall but not uncomfortably so, come to about an inch below knee joint. Easy to get on and off, and feet didn't get damp or cold (despite putting one leg in freezing water when dog decided he wanted a drink from stream). Delivery was fast - ordered Bank Hol Monday, arrived 48 hrs later on Weds via Parcelforce. Beautifully packaged & nice detail such as label specifying exact style, size, whether for m or f, care instructions. Return label included if people need it. All speaks of care and professionalism by the company. Can't comment on durability yet obviously, but all in all I'm absolutely delighted with these wellies - and can't even begin to describe how grateful my poor feet are! Thank you Le Chameau”
