Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Super supple rubber, good non-slip inner heal, higher in the calf than the Vierzonord Neoprene (a plus point in my opinion), comfortable and warm. My previous Vierzonord Neoprene willies have always lasted between 5 to 7 years of nearly daily use. I tried a purported competitor’s boots last year, half the price but lasted 13 months before the rubber split badly. Buy cheap …”
