Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“The most beautiful welly I will ever own! The colour - Cherry - is a little lighter and more vibrant in real life, which wasn't an issue for me, but certainly something to keep in mind. They're incredibly comfortable to walk in, and I was able to wear mine on a warm but wet Summer's day without suffering from sweaty feet(!).”

“TBH they are not as good as my original pair of Giverny. The size is slightly larger, the top binding no longer there and neither is the side buckle. The material doesn't seem as substantial but the sole seems good.”

“Quality boots comfortable and flexible, the size guide is spot on too it said I needed half a size down from my usual shoe size and they are a perfect fit. Fast delivery too. Definitely recommend”

“Needed a new pair of good quality wellies and wanted to buy some that were made either in the UK or Europe ideally. These are sturdy (although not as sturdy as my old ones) with really good ankle support and are quite comfy. Time will tell if they are durable as I’ve only had them a couple of weeks, but so far, so good.”
