Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“I first ordered a pair of size 7 mens neoprene wellies for our daughter for her birthday on 10th December. At that time it appeared to be no ladies size 7 available. The mens proved too big, this was about a week before her birthday. Each day I looked at the website and after about three days, there was ladies size 7 available. I bought those and they arrived in time for her birthday. I think you provided a wonderfully efficient service. Top marks. I have returned the mens pair and yesterday received an e mail from you to say you had received them and the refund process would be set up. Again top marks to you for efficiency and service.”
