Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Really comfortable boots. I use them mostly for dog walking. I like neoprene for warmth but most boots are far too big in the calf for me. These are slim in the leg but with extra width for putting them on.”

“I should have tried these wellies before now but I thought the leg width would be too wide. How wrong was I, by looking at the pictures of different wellies and reading a review I hoped they would be slim leg. (Your website doesn?t say so) I was not disappointed. I have skinny legs and these wellies are perfect. They feel like wearing soft trainers when out and about. True to size and so comfortable and warm. I am so so happy with them. I wear wellies most of the time in winter and a lot of the known brand names don?t last long. I bought the spray to care for them. only complaint is that as ordering the spray separately I was disappointed with the plastic packaging, unlike the wellies.”
