Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“The boots supplied were not strickly a pair. I recognise that most people's feet are slightly different in size, but these boots a definately not a pair, although the sizes marked on them say they are. My wife finds the one particularly hard to get on and off which tends to make her not use them unless really necessary. She already has a pair of Chameau full size wellies which are the same size (EU 40) and she has had no trouble using them over the last few years.”
