The Country Cross boot is built for every day wear. Handcrafted from our signature Chamolux natural rubber, it has a wider, sporting calf for a more generous fit around the leg. Every pair is rigorously tested for its waterproofing capabilities, ensuring they are 100% waterproof. A shock absorbing dual-density Cross outsole ensures this boot is suitable for all terrains. Whether you are working in your boots or taking part in country pursuits like shooting or walking, the Country Cross is the perfect choice. The neoprene lining ensures this boot keeps feet warm between temperatures of -15 and 0 degrees.

Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Beautiful boots but sadly I had to return as they were slightly too long (a 5.5 uk size would have been ok if available) and were also too wide across the front part of the foot.”

“A bit snug when I first put the boot on but within a few hours of wearing them they had softened a bit and within days they were very comfortable. Lots of my friends have complimented me on the classy looking boot - very happy”

“Seem Good quality Chelsea boots style has changed slightly to my old lady Jameson long line country boots not as slim line looking which do look better for ladies. I prefer the old style lady Jameson long line boots more lady like looking not than the new fatter design.”
