“I have definitely no complaints about the service . Levitex has asked me several times to rate the pillow and I am only doing so now after three requests. I wanted to give it a fair try first. I have to be honest and say I do not love it and woke up a few times with a sore neck in the early days. I also have developed sore ears and i just think the pillow is too low for me as I suffer from post nasal drip. I would have sent it back but my husband threw out the box it came in. I am a side sleeper who usually wakes for loo during the night and find it easier to get back to sleep on my back with the old pillow under my knees. I am 5ft 3 inches and was advised that I required a small {8cm) pillow. I have followed instructions about placing an old pillow between my legs for sleeping on my side. I am not sure if, because I sleep on my back with old pillow under my knees after I waken during the night that this Levitex pillow Small (8cm) is still ok. I have been used to sleeping with two M&S pillows before and feel this pillow to too low. The reason I bought the pillow was that my son has one and raved about it.”

For a back sleeper, the pillow is meant to support the back of your head, for an optimised Soldier position. However, I completely appreciate this takes some getting used to - we recommend trying it for 30 minutes a night until the position feels familiar.

“Sleep Posture Pillow Large
I have been using this pillow for about two weeks now and I love it; according to my Apple watch stats, my average time awake each night has decreased from around 1.5 hours to around 30 minutes
This pillow has replaced an Emma memory foam pillow; I much prefer this pillow

“It really has made such a difference to my persistent neck pain. Took me about 3 days to get used to the pillow but the support for my head and neck feels incredible. An idea for you James in the future (maybe a version 2.0?), is to maybe incorporate a tiiiiny layer of squish into it. I still love the feeling of sinking in a little bit and I've found putting a thin quilted pillow protector gives me that perfect balance between support and squish.”
