“It was a little harder than I was used to so at first it took a bit of getting used to, as did only using one pillow! After a month I can safely say that it’s great - really comfy and has stopped my snoring so partner is happy too!”

Haven’t awarded full number of stars as this particular pillow has taken a long time ( a number of weeks beyond your recommendations ) to reduce initial unpleasant odour ( and that’s after airing pillow without nylon cover ( and washing cover / and frequently having to change pillow cases ) There is still a slightly musty smell lingering after a number of weeks which manages to permeate through the protective cover & pillow case. However I am learning to live with it and the odour does seem to going so I’m ok to retain pillow etc.
Perhaps this issue is something you might consider rectifying yourselves such as exposing treated pillows to air for a period of time prior to mailing them. Especially pillows that seem particularly affected by odour. It would appear not all pillows have this issue - reading reviews. This is a shame as your actual product ticks all the other boxes for good posture support and sleep. Only for this reason it’s difficult for me at present to recommend your pillows to others.
