“I find the pillow very supportive but a little firm which means that my ear gets squashed between my skull and the pillow, which can be quite painful. I currently have a folded scarf in position which has helped a bit, but I really would like a softer top layer which my ear could nestle into. I have no idea whether this would be possible.”
