Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. If your neck is bent, then the opposite of what our pillow helps achieve (a neutral neck/spinal alignment) is happening. This is normally due to issues with either the pillow size or because your sleeping position just needs a little tweak (for example, if your top leg falls to the bed instead of being stacked on your bottom leg when you sleep on your side, your body twists and so the distance between your head and the mattress is smaller, making the pillow feel too large).
