“I’ve suffered from neck pain for years and I’ve put it down to everything, including wondering whether it’s due to my head being too heavy. Would definitely recommend the pillow between the knees and ankles trick too, I now experience zero hip pain.”
“The pillow is very stiff. I tried it for a few days and couldn't get comfortable. I gave it to my daughter, and she gave it back to me the following week saying it was like sleeping on a rock. Right now, it is sitting in the closet because nobody wants to use it. I guess I'll just use it as a support when doing yoga. It still smells some after airing out as suggested. I need more time to get used to. Think better than other pillows I’ve tried, but not used to such a solid surface. Don’t dislike.”
