“It's a pillow. Comfortable but somewhat overpriced. I'm used to it now but there is no discernable improvement in mild morning neckache as a result of using this pillow so I would class it as not bad but just not as hoped-for from the write-up.”
“I have MS and have tried so many pillows I have lost count. I liked the idea that different thickness pillows were available so I thought I would give this pillow a try. I did not need any time to adjust to this one. I like the fact that my head does not sink into the pillow. I was unsure about the size as I sleep on my back and side but I went with the size for a side sleeper. I like this pillow very much. It does not get rid of all my aches and pains, probably only a miracle will do that but I was previously twisting myself into all sorts of unhealthy sleeping positions in my sleep, changing pillows and getting short term relief but causing even more discomfort long term. Now I am sleeping in a much more healthy position with another pillow between my knees. My spine is in a much better position. Now I just need one pillow. Really glad I tried this.”
“I have always favoured some form of foam pillow with more structure and support, ever since I was a child. This is the most expensive I have purchased but I had started to have some neck and shoulder pain on my left side so wanted to give it a trial. In all honesty, it takes a little getting used to. It is definitely the firmest pillow I have ever slept on but, using my old pillow between my legs makes all the difference and after a few nights I really started to feel an improvement in the pains I had been happening. I was also finding I moved about in my sleep a lot less. A worthy investment, just give it some time!”

“The pillow arrived in good condition, but I noticed the smell was intensely chemical immediately after taking it out of the package. Airing it for a few days and washing the case it came in did nothing to remove that. I attempted to sleep on it despite that and found it to be relatively comfortable at first, but it sat wrong on my neck and that only made me more awake. I would have returned it but the foam material tore when I was putting the case back on after washing it as well.
Perhaps this purchase was just not meant to work for me as it has for others, but if you are sensitive to smells and/or like to drift off slowly, be aware that the adjustment period might be much longer than expected.”
