The foam smell is unfortunately typical of UK foam, as we have the strongest fire retardant requirements in the world. It does air out fairly quickly and is harmless so I hope you can give your pillow another chance. We do get it wrong with sizing sometimes, but more often we find that a simple tweak to your sleeping position is needed to resolve the issue. The Levitex pillow is designed for the optimum sleeping position that helps improve your quality of sleep, aids neck and back pain and supports the reduction in snoring when combined with the supportive pillow. This is semi foetal side lying, with an old pillow between your knees and ankles to stop your top leg from coming to the bed and twisting you at the hlps.
