“Comfortable in use, but could not use for a month because of the strong chemical smell, suspect plasticisers used on the chemicals used to clean it. Still smell a bit after 1 month.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Please be assured that there are no plasticisers used to clean the foam. The smell is just residual fire retardant smell, which is unfortunately typical of all foams as it's a legal requirement for all domestic foams. It does dissipate like you've mentioned, and we continue to make amendments to the formulation to decrease it even more.

I feel it might need to slightly lower the height of the pillow to have a straight horizontal spine line.”
