“The replacement battery feature is a great idea, being able to extend the mileage distance by easily swapping batteries is very handy. The tubeless pneumatic tires are very nice too have as a feature as well. Love the scooter!”

It's almost been a year since I've owned it. I've ridden it in the rain, I've gotten hit by a car (It wasn't that bad but still), I've fallen off of it, I've gone into potholes. The build quality is superb is what I'm trying to say.
I have owned three other scooters for less money but they didn't last at all. I've used this to commute to work 5 days a week.
The battery life has held up exceptionally well too. The removable feature is why I chose this brand and I'm happy with it. I also love that y'all have spare parts on your site.

The front brakes were never that great, to begin with. If I needed to brake quickly to avoid an accident, I wouldn't be able to pull that off with this unit.
Suspensions on a scooter is never a bad idea. If y'all can make that happen in the next variant. That would be amazing. A price increase would be totally fair.

A fully charged battery would get me around 5 miles when riding at gear 3. The miles vary depending on terrain, weather, how often you break and the weight on it.
I live in a urban city where I try to avoid bumps, I have all 4 seasons and weigh 130 and always have a backpack with two water bottles, some food and a spare battery on me and charger.

Overall I highly recommend this product solely off of build quality, removable battery and the ability to purchase spare parts AND they have places you can get your scooter repaired which is nice.
Why 4 stars? because the brakes man. Safety IS VERY IMPORTANT. Always be hyper aware when riding this.”
