“Love our scooters! We rode around all weekend to have something to do during social distancing. Even rode to get takeout one day. I like the removable battery. Wish it were a little lighter and I’d consider buying an extra so take with me in a backpack.
My only suggestion in terms of improvement would be to have a link to the manual included on the little postcard that came with the package. It also mentioned a tire valve but it wasn’t included.

“All around great scooter. Two small pieces of feedback: I wish the headlight was a bit brighter for night riding. I also thought the scooter came with a bluetooth app, which it does not. The current Levy iOS app only works with their rental scooters.”
“There are a lot of improvements with the Levy Plus. While the range is certainly improved the most underrated aspect are the larger 10" tires. It sits a little bit higher off the ground and I feel better riding this on rough pavement.
Most of the other components on the scooter are the same, which makes swapping out spare parts easier to deal with between the two models.”
