“I take one going to bed and take another when i wake up to go to the bathroom I get about 8 hours sleep would I need a stronger one to start with or should I continue to do what I am currently doing”

Habe in der Zeitung "WELT", vor zwei Wochen gelesen, dass eine neue Studie warnt, mit Blick auf die Herzgesundheit, vor der dauerhaften Einnahme dieses Schlafhormons. Forscher des New Yorker SUNY Downstate Medical Center haben eine Langzeitstudie analysiert.
