Habe in der Zeitung "WELT", vor zwei Wochen gelesen, dass eine neue Studie warnt, mit Blick auf die Herzgesundheit, vor der dauerhaften Einnahme dieses Schlafhormons. Forscher des New Yorker SUNY Downstate Medical Center haben eine Langzeitstudie analysiert. “I regret very much that the LOZENGES of 3 mg are not available any more. Which I rate 5 stars. The lozenges are better and induce sleep faster, since under the tongue they are arbsorbed very quickly.”
