“I have not felt any significant difference taking this supplement. Furthermore, and most importantly they do not state the amount of elemental magnesium which is actually the most important thing to know with Magnesium supplements. I have emailed support and never recevied a respponse about this. % of elemental magnesium is not stated on any of their Magnesium products. I will not buy anymore elements until they start to put the actuall % elemtnal supplment in their products.”
