“I am not sure about the effectiveness of CoQ10 but I can say that taking it along with a Statin and Ezetrol seems to have augmented the reduction of my very high colesterol bringing it down to a level which surprised my cardiologist. I have changed the type as of last week from Super Ubiquinole with mitochondriol to Ubiquinone CoQ10 with d-Limonene due to the extreme cost difference plus the fact that I don't see much of a difference in absorbability. Also I take one a day instead of two. If it is responislbe for helping to lower my cholesterol as well as helping to maintain my arteries in good shape I'm happy with that. If it goes farther I'll be even happier.”
