“Last year, after a considerable search for Vitamin D with no additives or flavourings, my son purchased Liquid Vitamin D3 from Life Extension Slovenia. I was delighted with the product as it was based solely on coconut oil, had very slight, mildly bitter taste and suited me perfectly as I am on a very strict diet (SCD). This year, I purchased what I thought was the same product from Life Extension Europe only to find, once I tried it, that it had a very strong, minty taste and flavour. I immediately contacted your customer service desk and was told that the product, although it had no additives, did have a specific taste. Whilst I am grateful for your prompt response, I am extremely disappointed as I have tried the product three times and every time I get a burning feeling in my lower abdomen which signalizes that there is most likely something in the product that doesn't suit me. I can't helping thinking that perhaps the wrong label was put on the bottle and that instead of the ordinary Liquid Vitamin D3 that I used last year and was absolutely delighted with, the one you sent to me this time is in fact Vitamin D3 with mint flavour. Hence, my search for Vitamin D, as well as other supplements and vitamins with no additives or flavourings (SCD legal), continues. I wish to add that the product I had last year would get 5 out of 5 and I would highly recommend it, unlike the one I purchased this year, as I am unfortunately not going to be able to use it. Hi Dragica, Due to customer preferences, Life Extension offers its liquid vitamin D3 in two version: unflavored (item number 02244) and with natural mint flavor (item number 02232). It appears that you have purchased the unflavored version last year and the flavored version this year.
