“What a great product from a great company! I took tyes while I had the flu making sure I took a probiotic at the end of the day. It healed me pretty quickly without the use of toxic antibiotics. Thank you so much for the 5 Star review. We always suggest doubling up for the first week and then taking normal amount after symptoms lesson.
"If you feel something coming on, double up for the first 3 or 4 days: 2 in AM with Food, then 2 in the Afternoon with Food. Then after this loading phase, take one in AM with Food and 1 in the Afternoon with Food until you feel better, then take for 3 more days to make sure all is clear."
