If you feel something coming on, double up for the first 3 or 4 days: 2 in AM with Food, then 2 in the Afternoon with Food. Then after this loading phase, take one in AM with Food and 1 in the Afternoon with Food until you feel better, then take for 3 more days to make sure all is clear.
