“Very nice lighter insert, but I had to it customize it to fit my zippo case, by sanding down the sides of the plastic so it could go in easy and be removed easy. Otherwise a nice lighter.”
“After much anticipation I received the zplus torch flame insert on day 5 after purchase which was placed before the days shipping cut-off time now i even paid the extra 9.99 for the 1-3 day express shipping option!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! IT'S NOT FASTER OR BETTER JUST EXTRA CASH WASTED.
Now as for the torch insert my expectations were soon met with disappointment in the form of a lite hissing as the fluid would slowly escape through the fill valve. As far as the few minutes it holds fluid IT DOES PERFORM VERY WELL WITH NO MISSED OR DEAD IGNIATIONS BESIDES NEEDING FILLED EVERY 5-10 MINS..
CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE 800# and was told a replacement was being shipped to me that day but they refused to compensate the double express shipping fees.. ITS BEEN WELL OVER A WEEK AND A HALF NOW AND NO LIGHTER INSERT - NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR TRACKING NUMBER.. I WOULDN'T UNDER CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE RECOMEND”
“Fit is almost perfect. I have to push it a bit to one side of the Zippo for it to close perfectly.
It still closes, but to be completely flush a little adjustment is needed. Even with this adjustment I wouldn't rate it any. Flame is high even though it's on its lowest setting, and it lights everytime the first tim.”
