“I ordered a Z plus torch double flame and it was defective. Their customer service is awesome because although they were out of stock instead they sent me two single torch inserts... Both are defective. So although the company itself and customer service is great their products not so much.”
“Worked fine for 2-3 weeks but then the flame adjuster stopped working and it does this funny thing where the light doesn't go out after lifting my finger off the button. Also started running through fluid quickly..Would have been perfect had it kept working like it did in the beginning.”
“I tried different butanes and adjusting it but the lighter hasn't even turned on once since I got it. Contacted customer service and they were helpful and great but was way too much of a hassle to return for a 10 dollar purchase.

“I bought this butane insert in hopes to replace the workings inside my Vulcan 1960's era Vietnam lighter. It would not fit inside at all! So... I was given a new Zippo lighter and I inserted the butane mechanism inside but the Zippo lighter case would not close all the way. It just didn't fit the Vulcan or the Zippo. The mechanism works fine and produces a nice dual flame but "it don't fit."”
