Each of the 20 globes houses 5 LEDs and measures 5cm in diameter. With their perspex cap they’re a superbly close imitation to incandescent bulbs of old, but with all the eco-friendly and safe benefits of LEDs. These lights are evenly spaced along a black outdoor rubber cable with 22cm between each big bulb, with a total lit length of 5 metres. With a choice of three different power sources; mains, AA or D batteries so you can make the most of them wherever you want.

“I've always loved my lights and these ones fit the bill! I bought it for my birthday party and it lit the garden beautifully! I'm very impressed by the quality of the bulbs and the wiring. I definitely got my money's worth. You can connect several lights and the instructions on the leaflet is idiot proof. It's LEDs so you won't be stung with a massive electricity bill after you've used them.”

“I was really pleased with these lights. We bought them to decorate a marquee at a party. They looked great. They don't give off a huge amount of light, but I didn't expect them to do that, rather they give off a lovely glow. I got lots of compliments about them, and several people want to buy a set now! Very easy to connect and to put up. I am going to move them to decorate my decking area for the rest of summer. I would recommend the extension cable alongside them, otherwise it would be a very short distance from the plug to the first light (if you are plugging them in as I have).”

“I ordered these to go around a bar area that we had built in our garden. I selected the D size battery box to go with them to avoid overloading our outside electricity supply as we already have a fair amount of lights! I've got to be honest I am really disappointed with them, they are nowhere near as bright as shown on the website or even the front of the box that they came in. They are not bright enough to even light up the area that I bought them for. If this is because I opted for the battery powered ones as opposed to the mains ones then maybe it should state somewhere that they are not going to be anywhere near as bright. Unfortunately they were fixed to the bar before we checked them so I cannot really do anything about it. I made the assumption that they would be the same as what was advertised on the website. Really gutted:(”
