“My daughter is measuring 11.5 and the 12's were perfect, room to grow. The sizing chart was a huge help in deciding what to order. They are so beautiful in the navy and look great with so many dresses and her jeans and leggings. The Ruche has so many cute details, I love the ruffles and fringe. I can't wait to order some more colors or maybe some cute boots!”
