“I ordered the same size shoes that fit my daughter in every other brand, and they were WAY too big. The shoes were very cute, but the size below what I ordered was too small! Would love to have half sizes. Also, the process to return an item is a bit lengthy and time-consuming. I'm thankful for free returns, but would be nice to have a stream-lined process!”

“The Ruches are our favorite shoe. We have them in as many colors as we can find and then stock up on sizes. They are very versatile and sturdy. We were so happy to finally get them in basic black!”
