I have made quiche, wraps and even sausage rolls with lo-dough. It is really versatile and meets my needs following a low carb diet. I would strongly recommend getting the recipe book, it’s amazing what you can use them for.

Lo-Dough was recommended by my Slimming Word group as the bases are only 2 syns each a real game changer for us. My family liked making their own pizzas and I have used them in wraps and as a toastie. Very versatile and yummy.

A good low calorie option to bread which is handy as I am yeast intolerant. Also being on a diet this is helping.

To repeat, it’s rather like eating cardboard.... but marginally better than nothing at all. Poached egg on Lo dough is slightly better than poached egg on nothing.
