“I cooked up sone chicken breast strips fir a kfc fakeaway. Flavour is great, I used two chicken breast and made two trays of strips and only used half a packet of the coating, while coating them twice. I don’t know if you get the crunch as a: I forgot to spray with oil (which would have helped with crunch) and b: I wrapped them up as we were eating them on the go, so the heat had steamed them a little, but still a brilliant addition to my larder.”

“It has good flavour and much better adhesion than my home-made combinations of nut flours and whey protein. Gave excellent results in the deep fryer.”
